This sampler is from the northern part of Friesland and it has the typical ground with people and grasses and some great motifs. Just below the date is the bird found in Peter Quentel's pattern book. It has a warehouse with goods being loaded into a cart, children skipping rope, bench with cushions, sewing cushion, basket, household implements. Towards the bottom are three G's and on MEF there are 6 at the top and these are for a rhyming verse with each word starting with a G.
