MINIATURE SAMPLER
A tiny little sampler from the Red Deer Museum. This particular sampler is unsigned and undated but probably dates to the early 1800's. They were usually part of a girls needlework exercise in school. The original was worked using linen thread. The entire sampler is worked in cross
stitch over one thread of linen.
Size: Finished Size: 3' x3" (7 cm x 7cm)
Thread Count: 25 count (10 thr/cm) on dyed linen.
